By accessing or using the Focus Forward website (the "Site") or any related materials, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Focus Forward
Focus Forward is a structured after-school executive functioning program operated in partnership with Title I schools. Information on the Site describes the program, staffing model, and partnership process. It is not a contract or guarantee of services until a signed agreement is in place with a partner school.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other party's use of the Site. Prohibited uses include attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfering with site operation, or scraping content for commercial use.

All content on the Site — including the Focus Forward name, logo, curriculum framework, program documentation, copy, graphics, and photography — is owned by Focus Forward or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish materials without written permission.
5. Program Materials
Documents made available for download (such as the Program Overview) are provided for informational purposes for school administrators, council members, and partners evaluating the program. They are not licensed for resale or public republication.
6. Submissions
Information you submit through forms (including inquiries and contact details) will be handled per our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
7. Third-Party Links & Embeds
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (for example, video hosting providers). Focus Forward is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
